Thank you for choosing Sri Deekshitha Tours and Travels for your Hyderabad cab tour packages. To ensure a smooth experience, please read our terms and conditions carefully.

1. Booking and Payment
Advance Payment: A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your booking and allot a vehicle. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations and no-shows.
Full Payment: The remaining balance is to be paid prior to the start of the trip or as per the instructions provided at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
No Refund on Cancellation: We do not offer refunds if the booking is cancelled by the customer.
No Refund on No-Show: In the event of a no-show (the customer does not arrive at the pickup location or is unavailable for the scheduled journey), no refund will be issued.

3. Vehicle Allocation and Usage
Vehicle Allotment: The vehicle will be allocated based on availability. In case of any unforeseen issues with the initially assigned vehicle, a suitable alternative will be provided.
Vehicle Use: The vehicle is for the exclusive use of the customer and should be used within the agreed tour package itinerary. Additional usage outside of the agreed itinerary may incur extra charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Punctuality: Customers are expected to be on time for pickup and throughout the trip to avoid delays and additional charges.
Damage Liability: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their negligence or misconduct. Any repair costs due to such damage will be charged to the customer.
Behavior: Any unruly behavior that endangers the driver, vehicle, or other passengers may result in the immediate termination of the service without a refund.

5. Additional Charges
Extra Charges: Additional charges may apply for extended hours, additional kilometers beyond the agreed package, or changes to the itinerary.
Taxes and Tolls: All taxes, tolls, and parking fees incurred during the trip will be borne by the customer unless specified otherwise in the package details.

6. Limitation of Liability
Service Disruptions: Sri Deekshitha Tours and Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or any other situations beyond our control.
Personal Belongings: Sri Deekshitha Tours and Travels is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the trip.

7. Privacy and Safety
Data Privacy: Personal information provided for booking purposes will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and not shared with third parties.
Safety Measures: Passengers are required to adhere to safety instructions provided by the driver. Seat belts should be worn at all times during the journey.
By making a booking with Sri Deekshitha Tours and Travels, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
